Confirmation Classes:
This fall "back to school" takes on a different format. Regular weekly
Sunday School will NOT take place. Instead, activities will be available
for use in the basement starting September.

On March 17th 2010
church council had their monthly meeting. Carol will be invited to remain as
our Organist on a regular basis & a substitute Organist in the event Carol
is unable to attend will need to be negotiated. Worship services have been
organized from now until the end of Easter & the Worship Committee has
proposed that we begin “Hymn of the Month” where each month a hymn we are
less familiar with will be printed in the bulletin & reviewed during Worship
each Sunday that month so we have the opportunity to learn it. Keep your
eyes peeled for our FIRST hymn of the month! Members of council have begun
filling out the “Congregational Mission Profile” so that we can begin the
process of calling a new Pastor. Currently, we are working on using a budget
that accommodates a 50% Interim Pastor & are determining what is considered
a priority in terms of Pastoral responsibilities. With that being said,
Pastor Mark Harris is to attend the upcoming council meeting on April 21st
to help us in moving forward with the call process & in discussing the issue
of Communion frequency during Worship.
